Our emphasis to attract new club members has been a tremendous success. Club President Bob Horton prioritized this effort and we are pleased to welcome four new members.

Vickie Rhoden,Don Sawchuk,Dean Glover and Linda Manning.

We're glad you're with us in our mission to serve the children of our community and beyond.

The CAST event is now scheduled for Sunday July 29th.

Through a joyful day of fishing, kids, their families and community volunteers come together for an explosion of fun and inspiration. C.A.S.T for Kids Foundation hosts annual fishing and boating events across America to fulfill our mission of providing populations with special needs the opportunity to enjoy a quality outdoor recreational experience fishing on the water. Our event will be held at Prineville Reservoir. More detail to follow.

Our annual Golf Tournament at Meadow Lakes is now scheduled for Saturday August 25th. Please plan to join us for this classic Prineville event. The new later date in August is sure to make this major fundraiser an even greater success.

Love it

Formula_loveitWhy did you become a Kiwanian? Was your father or grandfather a Kiwanian? Did you see the impact that your club had in your local schools? Did you visit a Kiwanis park or pancake breakfast and want to learn more? What do you enjoy about your experience? Why do you remain committed to serving the children of the world?

What would make your experience better? What are your club's aspirations and what would it take to reach them?  Is there an unmet service need in your community that even more hearts and hands working together could solve? How could you help make your community an even better place?

"Love it" addresses the fact that Kiwanians have unique reasons why they became and remain members. It asks members to draw from what they love about Kiwanis to talk about Kiwanis with others. The “Love it” concept also applies to clubs that need resources to address challenges and opportunities to ensure the club experience is the best possible—to ensure they can, indeed, love their club. This is a win for members and for the communities the club serves.

This is The Formula: Love being a Kiwanian. Love your club. Share it with others. Live it.

Our Splash Park project has entered it's final planning stage. Construction has begun and completion is scheduled for this summer 2018. It's located on Stryker Field at 4th Street.

Summer School 2018 is now accepting K-3 students who may need additional instruction in reading and math. Championed by Wayne Looney, this is our 5th year of sponsoring our signature project for Crook County students. We're hoping for as many as 85 students to enroll in this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday school. Meals are provided and with regular attendance the program is free. Qualified teachers provide all of the instruction for this terrific school for deserving students.
